A typical work day, will be to open the office between 6:30 and 7 am in the morning, checking mails, payments while waiting for the emails to download. I then check for invoice to send, and mails, and start with the most important work first. Then as everyone arrives, we will greet en chat about the previous day, then get back to work and start with my "to do" list. Clients love to pitch up with out a schedule meeting and therefor I try and make provision, so that I do not create a backlog with the current I work load i have for the day. and times you do get tried and then i walk around a bit and then get back to work. I have learnt to be more patient with co-workers, and to give them space, to give them a shoulder should their day not be so bright. i just love learning new things every day and the most challenging is to wait for clients to provide feedback or documents for signature.

I liaise with clients and do admin work
I liaise with clients and CIPC consultants. I submit company changes to CIPC. I calculate annual return fees and submit it. I prepare quotes and invoices. Ive prepared documents for SARS (NPO and public officer registrations) I do filing and scanning. I assist in reception as well
