It's a excellent working environment having to work with a diversity of people meeting new challenges and overcoming then through effective communication and understanding listening and knowing when to give a right answer at

Good company to work for.

The work environment is very nice,I have a strict loud boss who is also amazing. I also enjoy my work at all times.I pride myself in the fact that I have never made Profit losses on all my projects since I join the company.

Pros: Its a small company so you get to do a lot and be exposed to new things
Cons: Travelling at night because its not safe

Exellent learning curve

I have acquired and developed skills within the she industry...and have faced some difficult sitautions with some of the employees but it we had to reach some understanding and find a better way to deal with the problems.enjoyed learning more on safety,health and environmental issues.

Pros: oppotunity for growth
Cons: misunderstandings
