I am currently studying to receive IT certifications. I love working for and with customers, I love meeting new people. I do place Customer Service #1. I welcome challenges and enjoy the constant change in the IT field. I'm a jack of all trades; so to speak, I'm seeking long term commitment I never stop learning. I am highly energetic and love what I do! My goal and aim is to perform to the best of my ability and to improve the quality of the task given to me, as well as my leadership. Pros: Great working enviroment with clients and support
Cons: Bad internal staff attitudes from senior to staff management, management structure is poor.

Brilliant experience gained

Day to day duties include the following daily checklists making sure all clients are happy, making sure there is network and internet access at all times, audio and visual equipment, biometric systems are operational at all time also include installation

Pros: Excellent for learning
Cons: Only Technician for three branches

Take note of what is really going on within your staff's work load

Working at the company itelf is great, staff is friendly management is cool people but they dont realise how huge the work load is in this postion. Dont take advatage of the fact that extra hours will automatically be put in...Take note and look after your staff

Pros: Time fexibility
Cons: Work load much more than what was advised
