Good learning experience

My typical work day is very busy and full with my daily job function. There are a lot of challenges each day and different queries to deal with each day. I have a very good relationship with my Co-workers and get along with everyone. I am also always willing to help employees where ever possible. I have gained a lot of experience in IR related matters and have also learnt a lot of new things with regards to payroll and HR. My knowledge has grown a lot since I have been employed at Cue Administration Solutions. My current HR Manager has thought me a lot over the past 2 years of me working under her. I have been exposed to Disciplinary Hearings, which has been very interesting. I love working with the people and enjoy doing the payroll. I love a challenge and I feel that payroll and HR is very challenging and that makes it interesting. The most challenging aspect of the job, is having to pay 350 employees accurately and timeously, which I achieve every week and month.

Pros: Working hours are good
Cons: No bonus at the end of the year and very little or no increases.

Good learning experience.

I have amazing learning curve in the company. My manager's respectable, never shouts and doesn't have an "iron fist management style". My co-worker's are supportive, helpful and funny.

Pros: Great opportunities.
Cons: No bonus.

Learning curb

A very fast paced environment yet comfortable & self managed. Very fun to work with my colleagues but also very frustrating at times due to work overload but managed very well end of the day.

Pros: self managed & nearby to home
Cons: salary and racism
