Exellent learning new invoronment

I feel like I m being under paid at cullinan diamond mine. I qualified 6 years ago but the person who qualified a year ago our salary differents its R1000. I love my job very much I m good at what I do but it pains me to see tht my experience is not notisable where I work

Development

Salary review so we can be on the same scales for artisans... I shot working there in terms of safety...the way we treat each other and respect as well...challenging aspect is that we young once we work more than the old ones but they earn more than us...

Cons: More overtime is killing us
