Poor learning curve

Woking for a bus charter company. Being the only qualified technician means long hours and permanant standby duties. However i do my duties with determination first time on time. Company has minimal training/learning oppotunities offered to their employees to empower them. Staff members are also skilled below everage due to lack of training oppotunities. I, despite the negative have managed to be true n give my all towards my duties and co-workers.

Pros: no chances for promotion
Cons: long workiñg hours
