Taught me great customer skills as well as being a good team player.
Working in a very fast pace environment taught me to stay on top of my game, focused on customers and rendering excellent service in order to keep them happy. For if the customer is satisfied I am satisfied that is just one of the qualities they have installed in me. They also taught me to be a good team player, the importance of team members as well as respect for the other. Also to alway treate one as you would want to be treated, because if you're helpful to others they will be helpful to you in return, that way you and your team member great an awsome working environment for one another! Lastly one cannot control everything one or two difficult customers come with the tertiary of working in a retail environment. Staying cool and collective yet sufficient to give the customer/client the service they deserve in orde to turn the situation around and to ensure they do not leave unsatisfied is the best one can do when working with a difficul ccustomer/client
