Starting my career in travel was a great opportunity for this curious mind, as it opened me up to different experiences, different people, challenges and learning how to overcome them. I have excellent written and verbal communications, consistent energy, am a team player with a can-do attitude. Someone who colleagues would often come to for assistance and guidance, to “bounce ideas “off.

Pros: Creating the best possible work experience by proving understandable and easy to use process
Cons: People can be challenging at times but understanding people and how they like to work is the key

Excellent learning curve to know how to maneuver within corporate

What i do is to assist the territory managers in Africa and Middle East in setting strategies and tracking how far they are with implementation of the strategies. Calculating market size and opportunities. And for South Africa i sale Cummins Power Generators.

Pros: great opportunity to grow
Cons: flexible hours, but generally 9 - 5
