Learn a lot about engines and troubleshooting, be able to do the paper work like planning the job, submitting using the laptop, working with the team also individual, able to meet customers perspectives.

Excellent learning curve
HR Business Partnering – Act as a primary contact to functional Managers on all HR related issues and services. Employee Labour Relations - Partner with Line Managers to resolve employee and labour relations issues (e.g. handling disciplinary enquiries) and concerns. Advise line management on application of disciplinary procedures and ensure compliance with all IR policies. Performance Management - Leads performance management activities, including employee development planning. Provides support to business line Managers to make sure their direct reports have meaningful work-plans and IDPs.
