Sales impact in a few months

A few highlights : May_sales grew 47% over last year June _sales grew 39% over last year July_sales grew 39% over last year (new sales record achieved..highest in 8 year history for South Africa) August_growth of 31% over last year September_growth of 45% over last year (surpassed July record) October_aiming to surpass September record. Just to put it into perspective, theses sales are happening in a depressed economy and with less resources.

Holistic approach to business, and achieving results

Meet and greet the team daily. Meeting at 9am with sales, logistics and finance to trash out any issues. Fantastic learning curve because of exposure and contribution to finance, warehousing. logistics, supply chain, Human Resources. Huge transformation in team morale by encouraging colleagues to give their best. Enjoyable because everyday is different. Challenging aspect is to manage and exceed customer expectations which we have done in the last few months. Sales has grown over last year as follows : May (47%), June (39%), July (39%), August (31%)

Pros: Exciting challenging job that keeps you on your toes
Cons: Not all colleagues share the same work ethic
