Gained extensive stores/warehouse management.
Had 18 wonderful years working life ,my first two years were in accounts receivables and then last 16 years in stores/warehouse management. Enjoyed the management space that l was given to do my warehouse design, shop floor management techniques and the most exciting of all in my roles was coaching and mentoring my subordinates. My role taught me to be sensitive to people issues so that l can get the best from them without abusing my authority. If you take care of people issues they give their all to the betterment of the organisation. I had a healthy working life because of my immediate manager. He was a humble and wonderful manager l have ever worked it. Among other things he taught me to manage and run departmental meeting and taking minutes for our divisional meeting. That was the turning point in my career from enjoying accounting , l changed my career direction to governance. It is my desire to learn and be a expert in governance in its totality.

Excellent learning curve
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Experience: Underwriting & Claims, Personal lines and Commercial Quotations existing business Debit and credits on client premiums Renewal of policies Premium queries Sanlam life insurance: New business Premium queries I do get a long with my co-workers, I have learned that no matter what if a group of people work together anything can be achieved. I have learned to respect co-workers opinions as all of us have a different way of looking at a situation and scenario and by listening to co-workers you can learn to see a situation at different levels and learn and grow. We are not all the same and by respecting each other we can learn and improve yourself. I enjoy learning about new products that is released on the market. I enjoy working on commercial and personal policies as you can learn every day.

Excellent learning curve
It was the best learning curve I had received where everyone was friendly,hard working and understanding and patient.I have learnt how to administer vaccines,work in teams,how to manage stress and how to always be on time or time efficient at all times,and the most thing that I found challenging how to make co_ workers trust and believe in me,and climbing feed bins as I'm afraid of heights.

Fast learner
I am Siyanda Beverly Siwelane, a Bachelor of Commerce graduate, I completed my degree 2018 at the University of Johannesburg majoring in Accounting. I am seeking the opportunity to implement my knowledge and skills, and make a contribution to your organization. I have knowledge and little experience in all of the areas encompassed by this role through both work and study. In addition I bring a wealth of other essential skills and qualities that I have developed through study and work experience: teamwork and communication, time management, paying attention to details, presentation skills, customer service, ability to meet deadlines, computer skills, pastel sage, able to work under pressure and self discipline. Work best under pressure
I am not working I am a full-time student , I couldnt go pass through this page it requires that I write something .I am currently not doing anything this semester I am left with one module second semester hence i need to get a job and do something .

Excellent working environment
I enjoyed my days at work and I had a good and healthy relationship with my colleagues. I learned a lot about team work and how to be a good leader and the importance of communication for a healthy working environment. All this ability allowed me to achieve my personal goals. I enjoyed my daily tasks and co-Supervising that helped me to deal with new challenges. Working experience at my previous work place

I got matric certificate
It was good working ther and other employees were good we worked together as a team the company like hard working person that makes work easier for all of us

Its been great working there, best work experience i hqve had in my career.
IgggI worked as an acting banqueting supervisor for two months, supervising my co-workers unsurering that all our tasks are done on time, checking each item before it leaves kitchen and reporting to the banqueting chef.
Pros: Great international experience
