In the job that I am doing I have learnt to work under pressure I work with 3screens it can be a very draining and tiring job what makes it worst are the working hours I work 11hours a day and also do night shifts. I am not a very talkative person that makes me to enjoy my job because I do not get to talk most of the time. My relationship with my co-workers I think what makes it to be content is that as much as I take them as my family but I know that what kept us together is work.

Pros: Great opportunity for experience and getting to work with different people, getting to learn from individuals
Cons: Long working hours

Great company to work for but about 10 years behing with regards to being a corporate company

The company was a family owned business taken over by an investment company who is trying to incorporate a corporate culture or rather trying to in still a new culture. it is a great company to work for, I have a lot of job satisfaction and enjoy the many levels of communication, especially with the CEO. the most challenging aspect of my job is trying to convince staff to do the right thing. The company at the operations level is commanding a particular band of staff due to the wages offered hence the challenging communications.

Pros: Great job satisfaction
Cons: Poor culture and working coditions
