Excellent learning curve

CWS Group has had a great impact in my life in terms of the experience they have given me towards the legal aspect of doing a payroll for various companies within the region. Dealing with clients everyday has helped me become a people's person and has enhanced my growth in this company. I have an intellectual manner of applying procedures in my everyday working life and therefore have that practice in working with different situations as well as people. I can also work as a team with my Co workers to produce consistent devolpment for the business. There are many challenges as I deal with the administration and payment side of workers. If there are any constraints , it is my duty to make sure I have a plan in place which I then apply it to honour my clients. It is important to make sure that your client and business is happy to proceed in your everyday working life.

Excellent Employment opportunity

Working at CWS Group has a family feel to it. I have extensive support from those in senior positions. As employees we have a good working relationship, and are a great support structure in ensuring that we perform our duties to the best of our ability. What i enjoy the most is the amount of responsibility put on me, and the trust that my superiors have in my ability to execute each and every task handed to me. The most challenging aspect of my job is dealing with different people on a daily basis in a disciplinary enquiry. But i enjoy the challenge of dealing with different personalities and attitudes.

Good work environment

Amazing set of people to work with. Procedures in place that run like a well oiled machine. Interact with people from director to general worker level. Handle complex situations. A typical day at my office is one of laughter and productivity.

Pros: Tranquil yet productive environment
Cons: Income and stability is client dependent
