Traveling to different places and Communicate with different peaple everyday

So far so good it a good company they it runs buy Indian man but they create they employee fairly and they love the staff so since they give them opportunities to travel within the province to learn more about the company and other things ,The things is that we are working on a monthly to mounthly Contract so everymounths we have to sign .

Pros: It to communicate with a lot of people so since we travel from one place to another and learn new things everyday.
Cons: 8 Hours

I am looking to be in more professional enviroment.

My typical day is opening up & ensuring that all staff are well equiped for a productive day. Company had been managed by a close friend of the Boss who managed staff in a very relaxed way.My challenge was to get staff to operate in a professional manner .With a lot of difficulties I have managed to instill confidence & a pro active approach to work. I have learnt that as much as I have a lot of admin experiences I had to be patient & educate staff with basic filling & reporting .

Pros: There is opportunity to gain shares in company.
Cons: Family orientated business & boss insists on employing his family who are not eligiable to perform basic tasks .
