Excellent management skills

It is very draining sometimes because I have to contact the suppliers for raw materials. Negotiating discount is not easy but it has to be done. I am very close with my co-workers but when it comes to work I am very strict. I really enjoy when I am busy with production. Working with people from different background has taught me a lot. I have learned a lot about laboratory procedures and I know safety comes first.

Pros: I have changed my work titles several times
Cons: Only when we are on deadline we work overtimes and long hours
