Excellent learning curve

You have to work very hard to reach the high targets. You also must bear in mind that the optom is the most important person in the company and must respect him even if you the optical dispenser or team leader of the store, optom comes 1st.

I have developed excellent communication skills,very professional,enjoy team work,very social

Deal with customers all day,making sure that every patient is happy and their needs are met,going an extra mile to ensure customer service given is up to standard.Managing the practice from cash ups and ensuring that the practice runs smoothly.I enjoy working with my staff members the team work is incredible and what i enjoy helping people and ensuring they get more than expected

Pros: develop your communication skills
Cons: working weekends
