Worklife balance

My role is based at the Bryanston head office & Benoni our plant. I am at the plant about 2 times a week depending on the work I have for the week. I am responsible for answering all the queries, HR admin, & IR of both companies. The environment I work in is fast paced but there is never a dull moment. I work very well with my colleagues and we support each other and always have each others backs. I have learnt to be patient and as an HR person, employees come first.I started as an intern and I was allowed to learn as much as possible and everyone was willing to assist. I enjoy working for the company that I work in because of the culture and diversity, we all work together and sit in one place this is including our Director which also allows us to have access to him anytime. The most challenging aspect is dealing with death of employees and communicating with their families.

Excellent opportunity

It is an excellent company to for in terms of freedom to organise and manage your own time, lots of technological advancement, young and vibrant at heart. I also enjoy working here because the work challenges me constantly in all spheres of the Human Resources field.
