Excellent learning curve

Working under pressure,multi tasking, working overtime.. working 8 hours a day, am enjoying of doing sites picking and packing, the challenging part is when the due date is after 2 days and I have to finish the job alone that it can be done by 3 people

Excellent Learning curve

- Work on a day to day is a challenging process as i have to deal with multiple customers in a short space of time - my co-workers and i get along very well - i have learnt to manage my time wisely and give myself a target on what i would like to get done in a certain time period - i enjoy learning new products on a day to day basis - none

Great platform to develop new skills

we have normal working hours i like that about this company my co-workers are the best I can write a good book about them i have learned the value of team work, the reason for always coming to work early, how to communicate with co-worker including customers,the reason for being organised. i enjoyed our team building events working under pressure just to make sure i meet deadlines

Pros: great experience in different fields
Cons: they don't have much opportunity for someone in my field of study

Excellent working Environment

I do the something everyday nothing is challenging me to grow.my co-workers are the best. I enjoy working with them. I learnt more about fiber optics since it was my first year hearing about fiber optics.i enjoyed working at the warehouse during my learner-ship program, I was with a group of crazy people. The most challenging aspect is when people come looking for PODS, which i haven't received and they put the blame.

Cons: i didn't gain much knowledge during my learner-ship program

Excellent working curves

I have enjoyed beign part of darcom and being a good fiber technition for dartcom saiand a very good worker knowing the cabkes and like to work with my co workers
