Excellent learning curve

Working for data factory, gave and outstanding experience to work with people in the office environment. A great deal on how to communicate with customer and my fellow employees . When i got promoted within a month joining them that was amazing. I had to grasp what I've learnt and put it to action and also become a teacher. Took my new role seriously and ask as many questions i could so that i could acquire more knowledge and experience as i can.

Pros: Working for them gave me confidence
Cons: We worked normal hours 8am till 4h30 pm, weekends 8 till 1pm

Growth

I enjoy working individually and as well in a team. If I see an opportunity I grab it most specially if it will make my team to benefit as well the company. I count punctuality as the first key to leadership and respect amongst my colleagues. And the most important thing about respect is to respect the superiors in order to be treated the same way. Adapt to changes done by the company in order to do well.

Excellent learning carve amazing environment

I am well- grounded, hardworking and enthusiastic. I work well under pressure, individually and as well as in a team contribute to the team success. My define characteristics are loyalty, integrity, punctuality, and accountability. I am also teachable and diversity orientated. I adapt very easily into new situations. I have the ability to listen actively and provide detailed feedback. I am able to manage conflict, a pro-active team player, creative problem solving, strong communication skills, ability to negotiate effectively and target driven.
