Good for seniors and entry level

Good for starting out there and lesrning to developer standardized code. You get to do front end as well as back end developing which helps you become a good and complete developer. It's especially good for senior developers to work there as they get more benefits and experience since they head their own projects most of the time.

Pros: Great opportunity to become a full and independent developer
Cons: Not much creativity given
