No space to grow

Through this company, I've learnt that a small budget allows you to get creative, find better ways to reduce expenses along the supply chain, developed connections with international buyers, retailers, PR managers so that when I leave, I have something tangible to bring with me whereever I choose to go. In a company I look for two things, (1) to grow my experience and (2) to grow the business.. I find that there is no room for me to grow in the business and there is no room for me to assist the business to grow further. All decisions are reliant on one individual who micromanges each and every aspect of the business. It becomes impossible to have ideas or share opinions which I believe is redundant. Currently, the business has been on a constant downslope year after year and despite the advise given it has been refused and now as a result, I am choosing to leave the business in pursuit of a better working environment That share the same creative ambition.e amb

Pros: Great access to data base (client/business)
Cons: Long working hours

Excellent learning curve

Enjoyed working with different clients and meeting vast characters Enjoyed travelling Enjoyed working with different magazine publication when they were sourcing garments for shoots.

Pros: Passion for the fashion industry
Cons: No growth
