For a good company as Davisons gave me a chance to improve myself in the retail industry.

Working for Davisons is a good company gave me alot of experience.As a sales person they gave a plamform to take care of the shop.I can a good relationship with m co-workers we had a fighting spriti as a team helping each other.I learn how to deal with quit days,how to treat difficults customers.that as a sales person you must know your stock so that convincing a customer will be easy.I enjyed working for the company but the best part was the treatment from my mananger.Challenging part was the quit day of business beause the owner will call asking questions,.

Cons: No long hours

Good learning experience

Lack of stock distribution. Sometimes boring or busy. I learnt how to trade man qualities, admin work, controlling of stock . Distribution of stock. Managing of a store. Working between two store is tough
