Great place to work and people but management has not given everyone free opportunity. We have been given opportunity to earn money but they have been limiting that as well.

Extreme learning curve, too high level of job insecurity

Long Hours Great Senior Too many different systems Too much manual work No set out tasks Vey monotonous work procedures and extremely high expectations. Too many bosses telling you what to do. A lot of favouritism. A lot to be learned doing things the old manual way. Needs to cut out the old school way of thinking.
