Enhanced my client skills.

Start at 6h00 check parcels and load vehicle. Waiting on trip sheets, scan into scanner, fill up and start with deliveries in the area allocated to me. Average parcels 45 to be delivered, and do collections as coming through on scanner. We are normally 2 per route most of the time, and my duty is mainly driver and assist with deliveries. Working very well with colleagues as we rotate on a regular basis routes and colleagues. To be patient, alert, responsiveness and accountability. All of my work especially as clear instructions has been given. To go home in the evening knowing that i have fulfill my duties set out for the day within the desired time frame. Clients declining parcels addressed to them. Wrong addresses. Safety when delivering in red zone danger areas. Getting home late in the evening although delivery is done at 16:00 or 17:00. Employers lack of interest in the well being of employees.

New learning Opportunity

Responsible for dispatching consignments. Tracking consignments ensuring goods are delivered undamaged within due time. Liasing with client to ensure all information is conveyed to couriers as the need arises. Keeping reports of orders monthly. Keeping record of damaged, and lost goods. I get on very well with my work colleagues, working with different personalities. I have learnt the dynamics of working within logistics company. I enjoy contributing to satisfying the client, by delivering their goods on or vefore the delivery date. Handling customer queries along with processing high volumes of orders can be very challenging.

Excellent Learning opportunities

A typical work day begins at 8am and finishes around 8:30 - 9:00 pm. Within the freight and courier industry it is busy all year around. My relationship is well maintained and we all get along fairly well. I have learnt over the last three years at my company that hard work does not go unrecognized.

I have learnt to think quick and have solutions

My company it's is an exceptional place to work in we learn everyday .we get to talk to people from different cultures and backgrounds. We have a good working relationship as we all have an important role to play for one to to do good or complete their duties
