I have been on this industry more than 15 years and one of yhe most exciting things is to work with the group of people. A good team player is what is needed on my field Problem solving has became one of my strong points

Excellent team player

I have been working on this industry for more than 09 years and the most exciting thing is to work with group individuals Im doing a lot management work for the company, doing þe product development. Working hand in hand with the marketing team making sure the daily targets are meet

I have enough experience( 8yrs)

I have been working on a plant of about 800 compliment. having 12 supervisors per shift my main focus is to see the dailly running of the plant and the overall quality within the facility.

Pros: this will be more of career growth
Cons: currently working 09 hrs a day

Excellent management level

Extremely good. It gives me a drive to deal with extreme cases and challenge. I am mostly on top of the with resolving and managing issues, especially when I achieve production targets Hence I am eager for a more senior position due to my expertise I learned that if staff respect and learn a lot from you as the head then they develop confidence in you. This lead to the improving in production. I enjoy when my staff push when my staff prove that they can actually achieve anything or any target.

Pros: Managing 10 Manager and a staff of 450 workers
Cons: Extremely high output expectations, which we are achieving

Challenging

The company is short staffed that makes everyone do the job they are not hired for,.it is based in a business area where their clientele is people from companies who come to to buy lunch and later to but some food for their homeattth

EXCELENT WORKING CURVE

WORK STARTS AT 07:30, WE ARE LIKE A FAMILY WORKING AS A TEAM. WE WORK WELL TOGETHER I HAVE LEARN HOW TO BE STRONG IN A DIFFICULT SITUATION I LOVE EVERY ASPECT OF THE JOBS THAT I HAVE DONE AT DAYBREAK

Good learnig

I've learn alot working at this company,its has teach me how to work as a team how to work under pressure,i enjoy working at stores,we start working early in the morning doing start ups,even though we have to work under pressure sometime but I have learn alot to cooperate with my team an my supervisor and complete the day work

I am in the market for a new employment challenge after things did not work out at Daybreak.

I am a disciplined manager that tries to set an example for my people. I build positive working relationships with employees on different levels in the organisation. I always put the best interest of the company first. I can focus on the long and short term strategy of the organisation in current market conditions. I have learned a wide range of skills throughout the business of poultry processing. I do enjoy new challenges and to see the business grow in good spirit and proper leadership. The challenge I experienced in the work place was that not all people put the company first and have hidden agendas.

Cons: Internal political agendas is destroying the company
