Great company to work for
working at daymon is very challenging as you work with different customers everyday with different dynamics and different brands, but i enjoy as I like marketing. I work with a different team everyweek and that's the challenge because you have to adjust to different behaviours. I have learned a lot about brands, suppliers and my companys policy.
Pros: great company to work for as it is a multinational company.
Cons: normal hours

Great company to work for

Excellent learning curve
1. Process ATES ( Authourity To Employ) forms 2. Capturing of the hours, overtimes and travel allowance in the Timesheet. 3. Import Excel Spread sheet into VIP Premier 4. Checking whether information was captured and entered correctly 5. Process Payroll 6. Release Payments 7. Print Recon reports 8. Roll over for the next week. 9. File every

Excellent learning curve
It is very interesting considering the international exposure that is presented to me. From Monday- Thursday I capture ATEs ( Authority To Employ) forms and time-sheets for about 190- 200 employees that need to be paid on a weekly basis. I work with my fellow colleagues. I have learnt how to navigate the VIP Premier system, Work day ( international payroll program) and to complete workload prior the deadline, which allows me to prioritize/ organize and perform better. The biggest challenge is information not being submitted in time before deadline so I can complete my work in time/prior. I enjoy working and interacting with people and assisting in solving their queries or payment issues.
Pros: Great international exposure.

Extended learning curve
-Since I started at Daymon Worldwide I have learned a lot I started with the weekly payroll and the garnishees,where i was paying employees weekly using the time sheets and the garnishees as well. the challenge was paperwork was always submitted late and that help me to learn how to work under pressure. there after I was promoted to a permanent payroll where I load new employees on VIP ,Overtimes, Garnishees,Maternity, on VIP and I really enjoy my work. The challenge this side is the same we have cut of date every month but they still send paperwork late but we working on training all the reps. Thanks.

Excellent business ethics
I'm an ambitious ,motivated and driven someone with a strategic mindset always eager to lean,with the ability to work with people and sharing ideas and always have a way to solve a problem Good interpersonal relationships and communication skills Always putting myself in to someone else s shoes . I think before I react nor take a decision. I always work hard and faster to meet my deadlines so that I can get help incase I didn't do it right in time...always ready to learn and share ideas

A very good working skill and I have learned how to handle customer's queries
When I arrived in this company I was given a task to control perishable products of the company and grow sales I managed to do that cause I know what customers need and how you must treat your colleagues and you must respect your seniors
Pros: I would love to work hard to my success and companies success
Cons: if I am asked to work long hours I just do that

It is a wonderful experience to work them
Yes i have been then i am still with them nothing wrong to or wants to separate us just need change and learn new things with new experienced people. One of the main reason why i am of them, they teaches me how to deal with a stock, internal stock and external stock, essue of expired stock, return of stock, Rotation of stock they always encourage us to use a method i have at High school level and tertiary level of which FIFO (First In First Out). As i am still with them i keep on leaning and sharing with my mates. That moment of learning new thing either individual or as a group its always a wonderful thing to work with different kinds of people

Cons: its 8Am to 5Pm
