Excellent opportunity

The best thing about working at Schenker is that you hardly do what you planned to do for the day. A typical day is getting to office and have to prepare for hearings and disciplinary that were unaxpected. You get to know how to deal with different matters each day. This can also be challenging at times as you have to think on your feet and ensure that you still get to do what you planned to do for the day. The working under pressure, dealing with HR matters on a global scale is what I enjoyed most.I have learnt to work under pressure, be resilient and adaptive and also flexible. I have worked well with all the HR team and have learnt alot from each of them, from my direct superiors to the team members who were not my direct superiors.

Cons: Scarce opportunity for promotions

EXCELLENT

I have four years creditors clerk experience, Have a technically sound financial experience and discipline, and fully understand the professional and ethical standards of the profession. I am capable to work under pressure even with no supervision. Motivated by challenging tasks and always produce best results within a given time frame. I have good communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent learning curve

I am a hard and diligent worker. My day starts at 7 and I tend to work over time in order to meet the companies deadlines. I always give 100 % at my job. I have learnt to deal with very large volumes of work and this has been most challenging as I have to manage my time sufficiently in order to meet these deadlines. My relationship with my co-workers are excellent. We have a very friendly staff.

Pros: Great exposure for further career opportunities
Cons: Very large volumes of work
