Interesting developmental institution

My typical work day is different each day some days start earlier than others in a sense that we are governed by what our stakeholders require from us. That is in terms of meetings which are scheduled overnight, which then leads to a complete change in the diary of the CEO. We operate on constant thinking out of the box as we sometimes have to change our schedule to suit that of our major stakeholders. I would like to believe that I relate quite well with my co-workers as I view people as human beings regardless of their roles and titles within the workspace. I have learnt that we serve people who are from diversified cultures and background as our mandate extends to the African continent and beyond. I enjoy putting a smile on my stakeholders faces, solving problems and lending a helping hand. Dealing with difficult and rude individuals and not getting the right support from superiors.

Pros: Completing my degress and a couple of courses funded by the employer
Cons: Receiving calls at odd hours demanding my attention

Great opportunities for promotions.

Very successful company to work for. We are encouraged to study further for promotional benefits within the company. Great benefits, bonuses etc.. Need to be hard working and work over time occasionally. Management encourages team work and openness with each other.

Pros: Great advancement opportunities
Cons: Long working hours at times.
