High Pressure. Quick and accurate machining to suit customer demands. Sometimes the wrong people are placed in positions of authority(lack of knowledge).

Pros: Variety of machining jobs. Always learning.
Cons: 12-15 hour days at times.

Good day I learn a lot in my life in engineering from working in ore than one country including south Africa from staring in drilling to doing maintenance for oil rigs & vessels than moving to the industrial sectors and plants from monitoring production to supervising maintenance . thanks and have good day
