My typical day involve monitoring, supporting teams and reporting. I work well woth my ream members I learnt that without a corporation by team members a project will fail Planning during prep phase, organising teams, team management as well as other project activities The most challenging part of the job is to keep the stakeholders, sponsors & teams satisfied at all times.

Pros: great opportunity for working in an academic environment
Cons: less travelling outside the country
