Company I've worked for previously were better than the one I'm working for now. Already have some problems regarding working accessories. Management don't wanna comply with safety regulations.

Pros: No bonuses and we working long hours
Cons: Long working hours and poor management

Work driven and pay attention to detail

I have a vast experience as I started off in the government sector where I served more than 2 and half years working in the office environment. From junior to supervisory level. I have added more to this experience by venturing into the private sector and accumulated more in the period of approximately 3 years and 3 months.

Pros: Self driven, knowledge of different payroll systems and Acts
Cons: setting high goals which are hard to be reached

Good chances of developing yourself on construction

DDT civils is hiring people with experience, that put me in positions to gain and share the knowledge among ourselves. The most part i enjoy about my job is to do box cutting, doing betting digging trench and loading trucks. The most challenging is to work on a very hard rock without being aware of it.

Pros: good chances of learning to operate other machines.
Cons: long working hours sometimes not get paid for them
