Excellent learning curve

-I enjoy doing faultfinding, mostly enjoy learning new things and getting challenges...I enjoy also to do planning for people who are dedicated, loves and respect their job - As I am presently as assistant planner I have learnt to communicate well, have a good relationship with the supply chain, suppliers and all fields artisans - I enjoy working in a team, I easily get along with people - I learnt to persevere and listen to other peoples ideas, I always make an effort to understand people - I am still studying The most challenging tasks I have done was to build control panels and wire the tractors that carry rollers and now the challenge is the machines that fails because of negligence from artisans not doing proper maintenance and ordering of spares....then I get to demand spares from suppliers with little time.

Pros: very great opportunity for promotion
Cons: lack of communication
