I am searching for bigger oppertunities to gain more experience and to share.

I am a hardworking and highly motivated young professional with excellent customer skills. I am currently employed at De Volkskombuis restaurant in Stellenbosch as a restaurant manager and i'm working in the restaurant business for 8 years running and find nothing but love and passion for the industry. This experience has enabled me to develop an attitude for team working, organization and interpersonal communication, as well as a keen eye for the kind of process and details related task. As an analytical thinker who enjoys a challenge, I pride myself to have the ability to identify problems and implement solutions in difficult personnel situations under pressure and to tightin time schedule. I worked my way up the rankings starting as a bartender and now in managerial position. I go about on how to work on my customer relations as i love to interact with customers at all times.

Pros: In my last 4 years since 2015. i worked my way up the rankings. Starting as a bartenter, then stock controller/beverage manager and then front of house manager.
Cons: I am very flexible when it comes to working hours however, i build trust in the company im currently working for.

Very effective and proficient

I look forward to creating a dish for the chefs board for specials. Im always thinking of new ideas and recipes and i feel it keeps me on my toes. I enjoy training co workers, it helps them learn but more so it builds the relationship in the kitchen to develop great food and service. The more equipped they are the more efficient we become and leaves less room for error.

Cons: Inconsistency
