Excellent working relationship.

I am currently unemployed but I used to work for DeBeers and it was a brilliant company to work for. They have excellent health and safety procedures and make me feel one of the team. Great learning curve

Typical daily work is doing quality assurance reports by analysing plant performance an coming up with new plant improvements. The relationship between wprkers is great, they are very respectful and helpful. What i have learnt is that hard work pays off and success starts from within meaning you only become want you want to become.

Pros: The Opportunity of given a big project.
Cons: Long working hours

Excellent experience

What i like about this company is the people i work with they are so diverse that it teaches me to interact with different people and the jobs i do is not one thing all the time it makes my experience grow as the time goes challenging part of my job is switching during shutdown as many people using same radio channel to do same job but yes i know how to pull through is to be patient until your time comes

Cons: long distance travel from work about 90 km to and from totaling to 180 km per day

Well Equiped with all Coases and Training

I started to in Debeers from year 2011 until today and i was working as machine operator like Cat DT 740 as fuel bowser operator.After i become Senior mining operator where i was doing all trucks inspection and Competent A person to do risk assesment task and making sure the place is safe for the job.

Pros: Great Company
Cons: Long hours but Good day off.

In mining

-inspection everyday -i am a team player,i assist dewatering crew most of the time when they joint pipes,need to pump water out of the pit or moving some of their equipment from the pit. -i have learn a lot in mining industry safety wise,how to respect each other diversity as well -working together as a team is what i enjoyed the most, -stripping lights sent them for painting and rebuilt/assemble them -

Pros: new environment ,new challenge
Cons: i use to go extra mile where posible
