Make sure that my shop making profit, staff is happy about the way i handle them
i always take meeting with the staff before we start to work. make sure all we are in a uniform , cashiers are smiling , store is clean. ready for evaluation and mastrey shopper . making sure that my shop making money than all the debonair s pizza at our area
Pros: i was working at the back of house first time, they give promotion to be supervisor now i am the manager

Hardworking and very patience,multitask and being to work under preasure.
I am a hard working person who can handle the pressure rush hour,being a team leader to 21 atsff members came as challenge, the most important was to build a good working relationship with staff makes it very to accomplish the task daily and also a good disciplined and determine staff. Team work and communication in a workplace is a key component, also a listening skills play important role.
Pros: as manager, daily duties,online ordering stock,stock counting daily,email respond and customer complain solving,overtime payouts,staff meetings very work,staff uniform checking daily,balance sheet preparation and gross prpfit calculation monthly,credit cards check outs,managing daily patty cash and cashups, opening and closing of the store.
Cons: working as a manager is very challenging as for hours, stepping in when other manger is absent,on the busy hours helping out,every month stock taking.

Fast leaner
We are the good team, we respect each other , and the manager is great, although sometimes we've got defferences . I work 12 hours sum days, and half (6) sum days. I've learnt to be patient. And to accept the sitiuation if I cant change it. The most challenging aspects is when the rules change every day.

Excellent leaning experience
I was a cashier at Debonairs pizza dealing with customers service by taking delivey,collection and also dealing counter oder am verry persinate with customers and having a good communication with my customers as i like working with people.

Working long hours and it was enjoyeble
i was working at debonair for a year and above and i was working seven hours a day or more and one double shift per week for double shift a month. The relationship was very good and we had good understanding of each other and we was always helping each to promote a good term work. i learnt a lot from there like how to work with people who have a different attitude and how to understanding people with their issues and why it very important to listen and understand before any recommendation. i really enjoy to work at the busy workplace to my performance or our performance as team. the most challenging it when client or customer complain, and when you need to sort it out as soon as possable

I've learnt alot about customer service.
Debonairs has been a great learning experience on my side,but at this point of my life I want to move on to a Job that will challenge me both mentally and physically. I got along with all the employees as far fetched as that sounds.I enjoyed meeting different kinds of people on a daily basis and getting tips from time to time.The most challenging aspect of my Job was delivering the customers food on time when I had to GPS to pinpoint the fastest route to take.A typical day at work was going to work at 8;00a.m help set up shop before 9;00a.m and I'd have lunch at three and close up the store at 9pm after cashing up,and Yes I worked 12 hours a day.
Pros: I made more money than most minimum wage workers.
Cons: I had to work 12 a day in order to have more orders under my belt
