My day to day work includes meeting clients face to face, online client and dealing with telephone queries. My relationship with my colleagues is a warm one as we very close and open with each other. I have leant to be calm in stressful situations as I deal with a lots of people on a daily basis. Learnt to make my weaknesses my strongest points. What I enjoy most is meeting new people and the challenges I face once is a while. And what's challenging about my work is difficult clients that's fail to understand that I follow the company rules when I have to assist them.

Customer focused

My typical day at work would be sharing a good laugh with my colleagues and my client. What I enjoy the most is the challeges of learning how to budget and how it is noy necessary to overspend. The most challenging aspect is when I have to decline a loan as its always the taughest thing.

Learning curve

My learning experience at debt Eazy has been the best ever since I have learnt so much and it has taught me how to be trustworthy and how to turn my weakness into strong points. It has taught me the value of time and customers. What I enjoy most is integrating with my clients on a daily basis, my relationship with the workers has been the best one as we became friends even outside the company.
