Learnt a lot, But stagnant - No opportunity for growth

I am a very reliable person and whatever needs to be done will get done. I work well under pressure and make sure procedures are followed and wherever there can be improvement I suggest a way forward. I am able to work well on my own as also as a team. I need job fulfillment as I feel stagnant here and i do my job and more. Over and above that is expected from me. I hope I hear from you soon

Widen my scope on debt review

I have a great relationship with my co-workers. We work together as a team. My job I do is my responsibility and I do not need any assistance from anyone to get it done. It is done from beginning to end with me - Independent worker that does not need input from anyone . What I enjoy much is the relief of clients that come in and we have saved them from loosing there homes or cars. Most rewarding is when clients have paid everything off and I issue a clearance certificate to them, very rewarding.

Pros: Enjoy helping people in need and get job satisfacation from that
Cons: No opportunity for growth
