Fair

The company is ok, but the growth is very limited and the salaries are not good. I have been getting promotions from different department over a period of 4 years. I'm a senior and earning a way below 10k with all the experience I have. I have also got certificates with them but the salary no change. The company has an outsourcing IT company and that is leaving me with almost no chance to grow and explore more and expand my knowledge as well. The structure is poor a senior get less benefits than Juniors . It's very complicated to understand

Cons: Very low salaries and limited growth
