Stable

Starting fresh from school in the most junior position and working my way through all the aspects of the bussiness, this was a very stable work environment where I Learned much about Loyalty and giving 110%, I guess loyalty is the main reason for holding on as long as I did although there was no challenge to any part of job. Eventually I knew I had to leave as there is still so much left in me to give.

Pros: Stability
Cons: No further growth
