I have how to train and communicate with people in differeñt languages.

I enjoy communicating with people every day .sell used and new vehicles at affordable price,interact with management on daily basis,I have learnt how important to value people and colleagues everyday and also convince clients to by vehicles.I also learnt how to present a product to a group/individual s. The most challenging in sales is traveling,because in most cases I am out in the field looking for clients and people who earnsgood salaries but they are at credit bureau,some in terms of scoring are not guallifying.

Pros: meeting different people and learn their lifestyle.
Cons: travelling a lot

The salary is based on commission on how many cars you managed to sell per month for the first car is 1000 nd car 2000 rd 3000 4th car 4000 and 5th is 5000 plus commission per car depend what car you sell and the price of that particular car

Great company

all managers are very helpful and supportive at all times. all applications are processed faster and efficiently. the communication process is really bad though and needs to improve.

Pros: work from home which means one has time to do other things

Tricky business but hard to sell a car a person can not see

A typical day at work would be getting calls from potential clients looking to buy cars, and explaining to them how we work and getting them to fill in an application to get the deal processed and to hear what the banks have got to say about the clients' credit score. I didn't really have a relationship with my co-workers as I worked from home and only saw them once a week at weekly meetings. The most challenging aspect of the job was getting people to fill in the application before seeing the car because we worked on getting the application processed to see what the client's affordability would be

Pros: great opportunity to strengthen my sales skills
Cons: A whole month can go by and you wouldn't have sold a car

We work from on yohr own time and pace, so time management is important.

Good opportunities for promotion. Salary/Perks are good because you can actually make more then what you supposed to earn. Work/Life balance is very good because you can work from home.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotions and actually earning more then your basic salary if u sell more in one month
Cons: I would say nmfkr bow there is no cons

Excellent learning curve

With this company you actually learn to work solo. You make your own connections and meet different clients all the time . But now if we had basic salary I don't think so many people would have left because there more you don't sign in clients it's the more you don't earn . Which affects so many people .

Pros: Great opportunity to make contact and meet potential clients
Cons: No basic salary only commission

Learning point

Does not support sales executive which males it hard for us t Ssometimes i spend more than i earno excell sometimes it hinders pur growth due to high amount of sales declining it has not been a great experience so far

Pros: Work from outside the company' monday to saturday
Cons: Long working hours

Ptomotion with reward

It is one of challenging and rewarding work ,although is a flexi job mrani g working on my own time and pace... I enjoy creativity and self management coming from this job

Pros: Promotion and more reward for more sales
Cons: Some times talking (mouth to mouth ) to people is not easy task
