Working at My previous company was a great experience, I was an assert, I performed various duties like admin duties and vehicle inspection, number plate embossing and data dot even assisting drivers with collecting and delivering client's vehicles, My superiors had faith in as I was the reliable employee I worked very well with my colleagues I am a great team player, a fast learner and share my knowledge with other stuff members, Challenging issues at working customer service as surely I have to meet all required aspects by clients and I am always expected to give positive results. Giving negative feed back to clients was the most challenging issue I had to stand my ground and be professional. I have enjoyed mostly when being granted an promotion to be senior admin and that taught me a lot about co-operate business and running the office independently. It has grown me into be a good leader and be a good in trouble shooting problems.

It is a good company the stuff is good and we work as a team I use to do the number plates,and enjoying being to be the pit assistance in as part of our job thank you.

The work i have been doing for a decade has been a good learning experience thu
Well first the in morning appearance of the work place is in order and cleaned, that everyone know what the task are for the day and what is expected from fellow colleges.As a management rep. Customer satisfaction , efficiency and integrity is strongly adhered to , staff communiction are well so that everyone is eager to work and get the job done. I enjoy most is when the client compliments when leaving and wanting to come back to make use of the service again...
Pros: Reporting back to clients are always a good challenge

LEARNED ALOT IN THE COMPANY BUT NEVER GOT REOGNITION FOR IT
A normal work day is always busy and i get my customers out as soon as possible. My relationship with most of my colleagues is very good. I have learned alot of new things at dekra as new products are introduced in the company and i make a way to get to know it well. Working with difficult customers was a challenge but got around to most of them to calm down and get them at ease. Most challenging part was being thrown in the deep end where a new product was brought in and i had to figure it out which to me is the best challenge i can ask for. I enjoyed working for dekra at a time but nevr got a thank you for all my efforts.
Pros: WORKED WELL WITH A TEAM
Cons: NEVER GOT RECOGNITION FOR ALL THE WORK DONE AND HELPING EVERY BRANCH IN THE COMPANY WITH ANY PROBLEMS THEY HAD

An average company to work for.
Salary is too little, less chances for growth and no staff motivation. It has a good working environment though. They are doing a great service. And the list goes on and on

No growth for an administrator
I would never let anyone work for Dekra as you can't grow being an admin. Salaries are not paid accordingly and the company uses you if you have 2 much experience and pays you as a junior not by qualifications.
Pros: Meeting new people and learning about cars
Cons: Poor management from top to branch manager
