Very chalenging yet its a learning curve evryday
my work day is sometimes hectic ,I have a good relationship with my co workers but although in a safety field sometimes you really have to be firm and strict because it is not easy working with people who really do not understand the impact safety and health in their lives, I have learned that people do not take safety seriously until one person get hurts which is a wrong perception, although you tell them and teach them everyday but they forget until something happens which is very challenging because in order to be able to do the safety job you must first learn to change peoples mind sets for example: if someone has worked with the same machine for 20years without any incident he./she ends up believing that that machine will never be any source of danger to him even though he can use it wrong.
Pros: learning curve , you learn alot each an evryday

I am willing to relocate and I can operate cnc programing machines (bending and rolling)
Delporti am good in communication and I have experience in engineering and office work but I am in love with engineering creating structures like puzzles
Pros: Great opportunity to learn because I can now weld and bend also roll steel and even to press steel material
Cons: 8 hours during the week and over times on Saturdays and Sundays

Learned a lot at Delberg
I learned cnc programing at Delberg and have done cnc bending jobs and learned welding now i am a qualified welder and i want to learn more about engineering

I am a fast learner
We received material from clients (steel pipes) then we bend the material according to wat the client wants by reading the job cards using the tube bending machine

I'm welder
lim working delberg engineering from 2011to2020 start with CO2 for 2yrs after I weld tig weld locomotive works from transfer and my manager give me chance to weld stainless steel cos i didn't weld before ieni enjoy my time at the company problem company retrenchment us Ilke man job and behaviour is first priority tomto my co workers de

Excellent learning Curve
My recent company I am working as a contractor as I have just finished my Mechanical Diploma in April this year. the work environment here welcomed me with two warm hands lot of staff I have already knew them from my Secondary as I attended a Technical High School we I did Mechanical Technology stream, we did lot of theory about the workshop machine and only 30% of their operational. I learnt a lot when coming to CNC programing and also on how to read a sample to form a bending programme using variety of measuring instruments. I learnt a lot with CAD during my Diploma period and I work as a Draughtsman now so I learn a lot everyday.
