Excellent learning curve

My daily job include telephonic interacton with customers troubleshooting & resolving issues withing SLA.Complicated technical issues are discussed with a level 2 agent before being escalated to them.Interaction with all internal stakeholders plus groupwork is required to achieve resolution and to satisfy the customer.

Pros: Great opportunity for learning good customer service skills
Cons: Only one shift available (8:30 to 17:00)

Methodical, accurate and adaptable, and possess the communication skills

Assists customers with the installation, configuration, and support of desktop computers, peripheral equipment and software within established standards and guidelines. • Perform 2nd line hardware diagnostics • Specialized knowledge to analyse and solve complex problems. • Trains and orients customers on use of hardware and software. • Recommends and / or performs upgrades on systems to ensure compliancy. • Complete IMAC requests • Assesses functional needs to determine specifications for purchases for technical projects. • Ensure all documentation is completed. • Ensure that all defined standards are met.

Cons: Currently on a 6 months contract

Great Opportunity to learn working as an individual and as part of a team.

1.work well with different people & issues under pressure within SLA. 2. 100 % self management and delivery of excellent service while guided by processes and procedures in place. 3.Escallation of complex issue 4.As an IT agent I work closely with all my colleagues to discuss solutions and find solutions to complex or known issues as well as document them for future reference. 5.The most enjoyable moments is finding a solution to a complex issue and making the customer happy with the overall service.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn learn to work with people from all works of life both as an individual and within a group.

Excellent experience achieved

Best company to work with. Great challenges won WRT Direct and Partner driven sales and marketing opportunities. Collaboration between various business units and partners made it easy to do business with. Increased share of wallet and market share monthly and quarterly. Successfully enjoyed taking full solutions to market, software; hardware and services. Thoroughly enjoyed working with all my colleagues, my extended family. learned from each other daily. Getting up and wanting to be at work early was a great feeling knowing that the objective set out for the day was going to be challenging yet accomplishing.

Pros: Looked after their staff needs and in turn, staff delivered > 100%.
Cons: Getting retrenched

Learning and attending dell and microsoft training

Going into the store interact with walk in customer When have a whatsapp group where we are able to see who has made sales for that day and they are recorded You need to be patient as a promoter you find rude customers and those who don't know what they want and you have to help promote your product so well because your competitors are also here Working with people and helping them
