HoD for 18 bid departments. Love my job but work life balance is non existent Not much resources provided by my current employee in order to expedite our duties to the best of our ability nt

Excellent learning curve

Delta is always looking for new young talent. The company is a great pruning ground for new and growing engineers. The work atmosphere is relaxed but still structured allowing for work to become a team exercise where everyone’s expertise is called on. Personally, I’ve worked on numerous master plans and precinct plans, township establishments. I’ve been able to part of different departments which afforded me experience in Asset Management, Stormwater (Water and sanitation), Town Planning as well as Traffic Engineering. The only con to being at Delta is the lack of job security. It would be great confidence and morale boost to know that you are working towards a stable and steady growing career.
