Too much work for less money

The relationship between management and workers is very poor which makes it hard for us at work,otherwise the workers have a very good relationship towards each other,the most enjoyable thing about this job is making a customer happy with my product,the challenge is having to deal with no stock issue and management wants to blame you for not reaching your target.

Pros: No great opportunity for promotion
Cons: No overtime
