Great learning curve

We have a good working relationship with my co-workers. It is great learning the new techniques and treatments. I enjoy the laser and micro needling the most and facials too defnitely.

It used to be a great place to work at

The company doesn't offer bonuses or a raise every year. No benefits. No recognition for hard work and exceeding targets. No growth space as they would rather hire externally only for you to teach someone else to manage you than promote you for the position.

Cons: No opportunity
