Dear sir/ madam looking for new opportunity and growing with the campany I am a candidate who have a trade test certificate in refrigeration machanic (industrial), certificate in safe handling refrigeration and certificate in domestic single and three phase tubing and wiring of premises. but I still learning N3 with electrical engineering I am a hard working flexible and reliable person who learns quickly and willing to undertake any task given me. I enjoy meeting people and work well as part of a team and I have experience of hvac refrigeration and electrical. key responsibilities: installation,maintenance and repair of small air conditioning equipment and refrigeration systems. I have learned nothing

I work as a carpenter and plumber. And my relatiionship with my Co worker s its fine and I have learned that as people we must have heart for one o other. What I have enjoyed is that in most occasions we gather and shere about jobs and find solutions. Challenges are mangers that have fear to the innovation brought by workers and some delays with material implementation of sum things on manegmen management site

Good Day

I manage 6 direct subordinates and 4 service providers on site (garden, cleaning, security, hvac, lifts service providers on site, I have lots of projects short and long projects such upgrade in the building. have a very good relationship with my co-workers, tenants and other stakeholders. my day to day activities includes but not limited building inspection, attending to job cards, making sure that they get attended too. attend to clients queres and planning for the next day, preparing for weekly reports and attend to budget. I love challenges and I love my job being a maintenance managers is very challenging I really enjoy making sure that I do service delivery to my clients even if it is not but clients need to happy.

Pros: the company is big it is state owned company very good benefits.
Cons: flexible hours
