I am a 24 year old who is have a giving heart, i really love my working with people currently we are a team of 9, we always pray in the morning before we start working, we work under pressure everyday we respect and values our customers as they must always be happy, i have learnt that tenacity bring success if you are willing to learn not only work related also the personalities of people around you life will be easy for you but it always challenges me when i deal with a difficult customer i always humble my self so that they can buy from us. When i conclude i am a dedicated woman and i respect my job at the end of it i am a bread winner at home.

Cons: working during the weekend, knocking off late because of the late deliveries, not allowed to take lunch

Growing and fast leaning Officer

I am a growing and fast learning SHE officer; heading the health and safety and environmental system for my company. Always had a passion for health and safety and environment and how looking for an opportunity to express my passion in looking after the interests of the company as far as health and safety is involved and also achieving compliance.

I learned how to manage people with respect

Clock in at 05:30, check the stocks in the fridge, get stock out and ready for the staff to pack. Staff clock in at 06:00 and start working. Gather all information and sales figures to update my spreadsheets for the 08:00 meeting. From there I will be focusing on the production that is being packed for the day. I am a peoples person, so I really got along very well with the staff. Denny has sent me on several Courses, I have learned a lot about Food Safety, Safety in the work place. I have learned that the customer is always right no matter what. We had proud in our work. We were quality driven. What I enjoyed the most was team building in my Packshed, being part of a fantastic team who always stick together. Most challenging was when we had to work with as little people doing a huge job to try keep the budgets and overtime down.

Pros: Denny would walk with you, If they thought you lacked something to get a promotion they would get somebody specialised to assist you to grow where you lack
Cons: Senior Management were not to involved in the departments

Great people to work with

Great people to work with, managers trust your working abilities.Staff are willing to assist with work load. Meeting new people.Different aspects of the company. Great team building days and excellent year end functions.Great natural environment to work in.

Pros: Managers are understanding
Cons: No opportunity to rise to senior level
