Learning the difference between tha various hospitals

Open office,assist walk-in members that might hsve arravied at 7am. Anwer phone until receptionist arrives. Follow up on emails sent and answer incoming correspondence. Set up appointments for the manager. Answer calls on behalf of the manager. Arrange upcoming meetings. Follow up on invoices not sent for approval or payment. Filing. Relieve receptionist for lunch. Load members onto database. Assist with loading members pn the system if the receptionist cannot do so. Meet the stakeholders on various events taking place. Order stationery. My relationship with my fellow colleagues are fairly good...let our hair down and have a good banter amongs ourselves. Being able to enjoy a good laugh.Learnt how to ascertain if a case is serious or if immediate attention is needed.planning and organising events is my most enjoyable aspect of the job and seeing the stisfaction on the people's. faces.No real challenge at present.

Great for skills improvement

Assist members or patrons using the library Manage records in the archive repositories Creat a daily newspaper inventory Manage records kept for other departments Send and receive email to and from members of the organisation Develop policies Report writing The is a great learning experience although the is a few challenges I had with the equipment for the library . Limited promotions although I have learned a lot of administrative skills

Tye should be an increase in the salary. Min R6000. Create more opportunities for promotion. Fair working hours. Corporate culture is toxic. Senior executives make you feel that you are a Junior. Improve working system to the best technology system especially in the accounting field

Pros: Great start up in your career. Great working hours.
