Very good learning curve with much workload

Very good working for the Department and good working co-workers and colleagues, so much information of the department that i have, but limited resources and slow movement. The main problem is , the Department is deep rural people are taking forever to adapt. Either than that i love the challenge and i have gained so much experience and i love my Job, i am looking for senior post and more challenging in similar industry no
